China Holdings Acquisition Corp. Closes Business Combination Forming China Ceramics Co., Ltd.

WILMINGTON, Del.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--China Holdings Acquisition Corp. (AMEX:HOL), a special purpose acquisition company, previously announced that its stockholders approved the Company's previously announced proposed business combination with Success Winner Limited, CHAC’s target company and the parent entity of Jinjiang Hengda Ceramics Co., Ltd. (“Hengda”). Hengda is a leading Chinese manufacturer of ceramic tiles used for exterior siding and for interior flooring and design in residential and commercial buildings. Following the shareholder vote, the two companies completed the business combination. In conjunction with the business combination, CHAC merged into its wholly owned subsidiary and is now called China Ceramics Co., Ltd.
