KD, as he is popularly known, will be accountable for the Sales and Delivery function to focus on driving growth through Customer Satisfaction, and will oversee growth of Avotus as it scales to become a larger, more profitable organization.

KD brings 19-years of global experience with IT and BPO solutions serving the enterprise market. Most recently, he was the Executive Vice President and Head of U.S. Operations at KPIT Cummins Infosystems. In this role he grew the US business by 40 percent and implemented an industry-aligned go to market model while driving a customer-centric culture in the sales process. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Wipro's Enterprise business in the Western U.S. region, where he led his team to deliver eight times revenue growth in 5-years from $26 million in 2001 to $210 million in 2005. He has also held leadership positions at Keane and IBM.
