Pacific Mercantile Bancorp to Announce and to Hold Conference Call to Discuss Third Quarter 2008 Financial Results on November 7, 2008

COSTA MESA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pacific Mercantile Bancorp (NASDAQ: PMBC), the parent holding company of Pacific Mercantile Bank, an FDIC insured, California state-chartered commercial bank, will release its third quarter financial results on November 7, 2008 before the opening of the market.

Pacific Mercantile Bancorp also will host a conference call to discuss those results, after market close, on Friday, November 7th, at 5:00 P.M. Eastern and 2:00 P.M. Pacific time. Interested parties may participate in the conference call by dialing 1-800-860-2442, five to ten minutes prior to the initiation of the call. A replay of the conference call will be available for 10 days after the completion of the conference call by dialing 1-877-344-7529 and entering access code 425234.
