Cbeyond Appoints Martin Mucci to Board of Directors

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cbeyond, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBEY), a leading IP-based managed services provider to small businesses, today announced the appointment of Martin Mucci to its Board of Directors.

Mucci currently serves as Senior Vice President of Operations for Paychex, Inc. (NASDAQ: PAYX), a leading payroll and human resource services company. In this capacity, he is responsible for all operations and customer service for the company’s 572,000 payroll and human resource services clients, as well Paychex’s product management and information technology functions. Prior to joining Paychex, Mucci was the chief executive officer of Frontier Telephone of Rochester and president of telephone operations. Mucci holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York, and received a master’s degree in business administration through the Executive Development Program at the University of Rochester.
