Senior Executives Named for Compliance, Education and Healthcare Markets

Prior to joining the company, he worked with LRN, the leading supplier of compliance training solutions to the Fortune 500 for 8 years with customers ranging from Ford to British Petroleum to Ebay. His background includes product development, design and rollout of a Sarbanes-Oxley management, education, and certification solutions for global companies including Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Tyco, and Dow Chemical. His experience working with customers includes implementation of compliance programs reaching over 1,000,000 employees.
Marc Stern, Vice President, Higher Education Solutions – Marc joins Identity Force with over 15 years of senior management experience specializing in business development, channel sales and partner programs. He has worked at the vice president and director level for elite organizations including Fidelity Investments and The Kessler Group to build strategic alliances and expand market share with large, non-profit institutions. He has worked closely with major financial institutions including Bank of America, HSBC, Washington Mutual and Sallie Mae, and has been personally responsible for generating millions of dollars in revenue. Marc has a Masters of Business Administration from Boston University, and an extensive knowledge of higher education markets.
Michael Lawson, Vice President, Healthcare Solutions – Mike has 20 years of experience in business development, sales and marketing, with an extensive knowledge of risk management solutions, including ID theft recovery and data breach services. Prior to joining Identity Force, he directed sales operations for the identity theft management division at Merchants Information Solutions, Inc., a privately held company with 4,000 business clients. Mike also served as VP of sales at WebbMason, led sales operations at Vertis, Inc., and was a senior vice president at Click Tactics and IXI Corporation, and senior national accounts manager at Equifax.
