LIVERMORE, Calif.--()--Cruiser Customizing, Inc., a leading online reseller of motorcycle parts, accessories and apparel with 140,000 members, will throw open its doors to the public featuring an all-day party with music, refreshments and prizes on Saturday, May 12th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The open house kicks off this year’s riding season and benefits two local charities: the California Autism Foundation and Diva’s for a Cure. The open house takes place at Cruiser Customizing’s headquarters, 4671 Los Positas Road, Building C, in Livermore.
Now in its fifth year, the Cruiser Customizing Open House is becoming a local tradition. Hundreds of bikers show up to meet friends, listen to music and win prizes provided by motorcycle parts and accessories manufacturers. Back by popular demand is a free photo service, featuring professional quality photos taken of attendees on their bikes.
This year’s agenda has the same elements, with two important additions: Cruiser Customizing will host both The California Autism Foundation, which will be generating support for its annual “Ride For A Better Chance” motorcycle event on August 26th along with the Blacktop Knights Motorcycle Club, and Divas for a Cure, an Oakland women’s group raising money for breast cancer research. Beginning in July, the Divas will ride their motorcycles across the U.S. – and back – building support for cancer research and at the same time reinforcing a positive image of women motorcyclists.
