HMSHost to Bring Innovative Dining to Copenhagen Airports A/S; Copenhagen Airport awards concession contract to HMSHost

BETHESDA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 28, 2006--HMSHost Europe, part of the Autogrill Group, a world leader in airport shopping and dining, has been awarded a contract to develop and operate food and beverage concessions at Copenhagen Airport. The 7 year agreement is expected to generate approx. EUR 50 million in sales.

HMSHost plans to open three concepts pre-security in the second quarter of 2007 Including:

-- Ciao: This contemporary free-flow, self-service restaurant offers an experience in which customers choose from a vast range of dishes prepared right in front of them. The menu features over 150 Mediterranean recipes for seasonal specialties and favorites including thin crust pizza, pasta, and fresh salads. Here passengers can relax and indulge in a delicious meal with international flavour.

-- International Coffee Concept: The international coffee concept will offer branded gourmet coffee beverages, a wide selection of pastries, sandwiches, salads, snacks, and fresh roasted coffee by the pound. It will no doubt be a popular addition to the food and beverage choices at Copenhagen airport.

-- Burger King(R): With over 11,100 restaurants in more than 65 countries, BURGER KING(R) is the second largest fast food hamburger chain in the world. It is renown for delivering the best tasting flame-grilled burgers in the business, including the famous WHOPPER(R), as well as chicken sandwiches, crisp, fresh salads and breakfast favorites.

HMSHost and Copenhagen Airport also intend to build additional outlets in the near future to further enhance the traveler experience.
