TYSONS CORNER, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cardinal Bank (NASDAQ: CFNL) announced today that Stephanie Lykins-Harvey has joined the company as Senior Vice President, Regional Sales & Service Manager. In this role, she will manage one of Cardinal’s two retail regions, providing consistent hands-on sales and service leadership to its network of retail banking offices. Lykins-Harvey brings over 17 years of retail banking and management experience to the position, most recently with another community bank, where she held the position of Senior Vice President, Regional Manager.

Lykins-Harvey holds a dual-degree from George Mason University, and is a graduate of Virginia Bankers Association School of Bank Management, and of Leadership Prince William. A native Virginian, she is an active volunteer in local community organizations. From 2007-2013, she served on the Loan Committees for the Vehicles for Change and Ways to Work programs with Northern Virginia Family Services, and has also volunteered with the Prince William chapter of the Special Olympics, ACT (Action In Community), Soles for Souls, and the SERVE Shelter.
