CENTRAL ISLIP, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CVD Equipment Corporation (NASDAQ:CVV) (“CVD”), a leading provider of custom chemical vapor deposition systems, announces today that its CVD Materials Corporation subsidiary is accepting orders for 300 mm size CVD Graphene grown on Cu foil using its patent pending high quality, low cost CVD graphene process technology. Samples in the 75-100mm range are in stock and samples up to 300 mm can be ordered now.
