Kim Pacini-Hauch, Sacramento’s Top Real Estate Agent Makes Move from Lyon Real Estate to RE/MAX Gold

Top talent attracted to area’s best brokerage, signals seismic shift in local market

SACRAMENTO, Calif.--()--RE/MAX Gold today announced the addition of Sacramento’s top-selling real estate agent, Kim Pacini-Hauch, to its new Sierra Oaks and Midtown offices. Pacini-Hauch has sold more than $325 million in real estate in her 26-year career and will bring her vast listings from Lyon Real Estate to lead “The RE/MAX Collection, Fine Homes & Luxury Properties” sales team. The RE/MAX Collection is the revitalized brand for its luxury sales division and shows the brokerage is serious about capitalizing on its recent gains in market share.

“RE/MAX treats agents as the professionals they are,” Pacini-Hauch said. “The RE/MAX model for top producing agents who want a global reach is just too valuable to pass up. Its national and international reach will serve my clients well. The RE/MAX Collection will be the premier luxury real estate office in the Sierra Oaks and Midtown regions of Sacramento.”

Pacini-Hauch closed more than $31 million in home sales in 2013 and sold an incredible 38 homes and listed 40 properties. Her sales figures easily make her Sacramento’s top producer according to TrendGraphix, a leading real estate industry marketing service.

But Pacini-Hauch’s success in 2013 was no fluke. She’s been Sacramento’s top sales producer for the past decade. She has had the highest sales volume in Sacramento County for the last 12 years combined, a staggering $183 million for homes priced at $500,000 and above, with an average list and sales price of $900,000.

"I'm passionate about real estate,” said Pacini-Hauch, who holds bachelor’s degrees in both business and marketing. “I care deeply about my clients and will pull out all the stops and do everything possible to get their homes sold."

Pacini-Hauch started in the real estate industry more than 26 years ago and says her early marketing and interior design background gives her an advantage over the sales competition. "I was staging before we had a name for it," she said. And as a former advertising executive, Pacini-Hauch understands the value of advertising and marketing for her clients. She promises she will invest in social media, direct marketing, frequent open houses and ad placement in local media outlets.

Another promise Pacini-Hauch has made is that she will continue to give back to the community through fund-raising and service. That philanthropy has long been a hallmark of Pacini-Hauch’s career. She generously donates to many regional non-profits and will sell any home for an approved organization and donates her portion of the commission. The Sacramento Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) and the River Oak Center for Children are groups Pacini-Hauch has sold several homes for on a pro-bono basis. She has been a leading fundraiser and advocate for numerous Sacramento Area charitable organizations, including Saint John's Shelter Program, Homeward Bound and Francis House Center.

Pacini-Hauch also believes in helping her colleagues. In the last two years, Pacini-Hauch has offered her Lyon teammates more than 550 open house opportunities to build their client bases and will continue that opportunity for her new teammates on the Kim Pacini-Hauch & Co. team at RE/MAX Gold.

“I built my reputation and my business on open houses because that’s where clients can meet you and see if your personality is a match for them.” Pacini-Hauch said. “They can see how you would market their home and how effectively you advertise". In addition to traditional marketing measures of newspaper, direct mail and magazine advertising, she has an e-mail blast list with more than 2,000 contacts and markets equally to buyers/sellers and other realtors. "In the end, it's all about service to our clients. We all charge the same fee as agents and I always ask potential clients, 'why not hire the best, most experienced agent to represent you?’” Pacini-Hauch said.

Pacini-Hauch reveals she made the decision to join forces with RE/MAX Gold because the agent compensation structure is much better than with the other two leading brokerages. She’s confident that in the next 10 years she will save an estimated $1 million in various fees that agents are charged by brokers allowing her the opportunity to expand her business with new associates. She’s also confident that once other top producing agents compare compensation rates, they too will make the move to RE/MAX Gold.

“The real difference with RE/MAX Gold is how they treat their agents. Their model is for productive agents who are independent thinkers and self motivated. RE/MAX allows their agents to build a business within their business in a professional environment and offer a dignified work place with private offices for top agents. Additionally, RE/MAX offers the support of a national and international company with state of the art technology that regional companies cannot afford or compete with. Coupled with a generous fee structure, an agent with my team or with other RE/MAX Gold teams can expect to save thousands in expenses each year compared to the other two, big-name, real estate companies in Sacramento. Put those funds into marketing for your clients and you will see your business explode!” concluded Pacini-Hauch.

“Selling or buying a home is the single largest financial decision most of us will ever make,” commented James O’Bryon, President of RE/MAX Gold, in announcing Pacini-Hauch’s arrival at RE/MAX Gold. “For virtually all consumers, the most important criteria in that decision is the quality, expertise and reputation of the real estate agent shepherding them through that process. Agent performance data and ratings are important to the consumer!” said O’Bryon.

“Her numbers don’t lie, but Kim has so many other dimensions to her professional capabilities that are not captured by her numbers. Her reputation as the area’s leading agent and her strengths, values, passions and commitment to her clients and community are synonymous with RE/MAX Gold. We are delighted to have Kim as part of the RE/MAX Gold Team,” concluded O’Bryon.

Pacini-Hauch currently has 22 listings, which include a luxury home at 1953 Cenacle Lane in Carmichael that’s listed for $2.79 million and was recently featured on the front cover of Luxury Home Magazine. Other luxury listings include 1100 El Sur in Arden Park, which was featured in Sunset Magazine and is listed for $999,000, and a $1.49 million home at 3500 Autumn Point Lane in a prestigious private, gated community in Carmichael.
