MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Avila Rodriguez Hernandez Mena & Ferri LLP (ARHMF), a law firm representing businesses and investors across several practice areas, announced the promotion of two associates - Javier A. Alvarez and Manuel M. Rodriguez - to partner.
Javier A. Alvarez joined ARHMF in 2010 and concentrates his practice in the representation of financial institutions and businesses in a range of transactional, regulatory, and compliance matters. Mr. Alvarez has represented domestic and foreign institutions in significant acquisitions and complex financing transactions.
Mr. Alvarez graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2005 and earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida in 2002. He is a member of the Florida International Bankers Association, South Florida Banking Institute, Cuban American Bar Association and Hispanic National Bar Association.
Manuel M. Rodriguez joined ARHMF in 2010 and focuses on corporate mergers & acquisitions, commercial financing, and lending, including cross-border transactions. Mr. Rodriguez’s experience includes complex corporate matters ranging from equity and debt investments to syndicated loans.
Mr. Rodriguez graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2004 and obtained his undergraduate degree from Florida International University in 2001. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Cuban American Bar Association and Florida International Bankers Association.
