HARTFORD, Conn.--()--The Hartford today released its third Tomorrow @Work trends forecast with next generation consultant Lindsey Pollak providing insights on wellness in the workplace, college costs, Millennial moms, and today’s design-focused world.

As part of The Hartford’s My Tomorrow Campaign, Pollak is sharing her insights on the latest workplace trends in four reports this year. The first Tomorrow @Work forecast provided tips for employers and employees on the next level of work-life balance, customization, the multi-generational workforce, and recruiting via social media. The second trends forecast featured tips on prepping for extreme weather, integrating people of all abilities into the workplace, adapting to a robot culture, and unplugging from the digital world.
