New Solar Energy System Makes It Possible to Produce Wholesale Electricity at a Cost Competitive with Fossil Fuels

The SUNRGI solar system uses a special lens to magnify sunlight more than 1,600 times to produce a very bright, powerful, focused spot of light. The system turns that concentrated sunlight into electricity on a solar photovoltaic cell. The extreme heat of the sunlight is removed using proprietary technology.
