Better Biodiesel to Fuel Earthrace Powerboat's World Circumnavigation Record Bid; High Visibility Earthrace Will Showcase Company's Biodiesel on World Stage

The Earthrace: a 78-foot trimaran powerboat -- powered solely by biodiesel fuel from Utah-based Better Biodiesel -- will strive to circumnavigate the globe next year in a record 65 days. An 18-month tour is underway calling at U.S. coastal cities to highlight alternative fuels and raise environmental awareness. Earthrace is one of the world's greenest powerboats, with low-emission engines and a high-tech hull design. Smashing the circumnavigation record would be a first for a powerboat using renewable fuel.
